South Cumbria Skills Exchange learner portal
Learners sign in here to see their courses, sessions, attendance and training hours. Tutors and staff use the same sign-in to manage learners, registers and course records.
For learners
Once you have signed in you can see the courses you are enrolled on and your upcoming sessions, check your attendance record, and keep track of the training hours you have used and have left. You can open course resources, hand in assignments, read your tutor's feedback on your work and find your certificates when you finish a course. Any payments you have made for paid training are listed too. Parents and guardians of younger learners can be given their own access to follow progress.
For tutors and staff
Tutors use the portal to take the register for each session, plan lessons, share course resources, set assignments and give feedback on the work learners send in. Staff manage learner records, courses, sessions, grant funding and reports from the same secure sign-in.
